Emergency Orders
Last-minute emergency orders may be accepted at our discretion. Such orders will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total order value, applied at checkout. Emergency orders are collection only and are not eligible for delivery. The collection address will be provided via email once the order has been processed.

Use of Product Images
By placing an order with us, you grant permission for us to use photographs or images of your completed product for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please include the note "please do not use for promotion" in the additional information box at checkout.

Production Timeline
Production will commence only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Design Services
If you require us to create a custom design or artwork, a consultation must be booked at least 3 days in advance. Once the design has been finalised, a separate order must be placed for the product.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including sizes, colours, spelling, and design specifications, are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the customised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Turnaround Time
Estimated production and processing times will be provided at the time of order. While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur during busy periods.

Collection & Delivery
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection or dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Cancellations & Amendments
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Any changes requested prior to production may be subject to additional charges.
