Ordering & Payment

Add any item to your bag and a customisation panel will appear. Enter your text, upload artwork, or select your preferences. Our team reviews every order before production — you'll receive a digital proof within 2 working hours of ordering.

Yes! For most products we generate a digital proof within 2 working hours. You'll receive it by email and can request edits before we begin production. Orders only enter production after your written approval.

No minimum at all — we happily produce single items. For bulk corporate orders of 20+ pieces, contact us for a bespoke quote with volume discounts and faster turnaround.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for orders over £500. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Delivery & Shipping

Standard UK delivery takes 5–7 working days after proof approval. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 working days. Every order includes full tracking.

Yes — orders over £100 qualify for free standard UK delivery, applied automatically at checkout. Express upgrades are always available at a small additional fee.

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can also view your order status anytime through our tracking page.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 working days for Europe and 10–21 for the rest of the world.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or we made an error. We hold ourselves to very high standards — if something isn't right, we'll remake or refund with no hassle. Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days.

Please photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt and email us at info@customisemeuk.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 2 working days of receiving your claim.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.

Customisation & Design

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For the best embroidery results, vector files (SVG or AI) are strongly preferred. Minimum resolution for print items is 300 DPI. If you're unsure, email us and our design team will advise at no charge.

Yes — our Design Service covers everything from logo creation to full brand identity. Complete the 4-step form and our team will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your project.

This depends on the item and placement area. Most garments accommodate up to 20 characters per line for chest embroidery. For names on smaller items like socks or patches, we recommend 12 characters or fewer. Our team will advise if your text needs adjustment.
